一次非常差的體驗，下午兩點去房間還沒收拾出來，温泉泡池裡的人多得像下餃子一樣，好不容易有個可以勉強下水的地方，水池裡的水漂滿了那種身體搓出來的污垢。。。看起來每個服務員都很忙，忙得多説一句話都顯得不耐煩，房間裏沒有擺一次性拖鞋，也不放蚊香，半夜被蚊子叮醒找服務員要。。。真的很糟心，玩沒玩好，睡沒睡好。建議老闆還是多在提升服務質量和服務意識上下點功夫。

標註4鑽最多衹有2～3鑽的標準吧，房間衞生還可以但是淋浴間天花板膩子脱落，幸好沒被砸到，裝修質量太差了。元宵節前後去的人很少，温泉池衹開了幾個，更離譜的是晚上酒店沒東西吃甚至外面的餐館都不營業。半夜在山卡拉的地方沒有娛樂沒有東西吃，體驗感非常差。

第一天接待入駐的前台不是很友好，不説態度冷漠吧，至少是不怎麼願意搭理顧客，整體上房間還可以，就是有個七八衹蚊子

温泉水有股硫磺味，是真温泉。住宿條件也不錯，吃的葯膳雞火鍋便宜大份還好吃。出門十天以來最滿意的一次住宿，原本衹是想在文山住一晚再繼續趕路的，還好突發奇想來找温泉。
