The hotel is newly renovated, which is quite special. The small town store closes at 9 o'clock. It's a 20-minute walk from wentworth falls lookout and the environment is very good.

There are two family rooms in one large room. The room is good and the sanitation is very good. There are public bathrooms and toilets. This is the first time I live in such a hotel. Except for the inconvenience of going to the toilet, everything else is good

Very friendly staff and nice accommodation close to visitors center and walking distance to town for cafes and playgrounds. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after and enjoyed our stay.

Left in hotel between 10:30pm and 9:00am with no staff present, was a bit daunting. Good clean room and great service while staff were present. Room had a smell of a smoker present in room.

It’s a lovely old hotel, full of history. Yeah, there’s shared bathrooms down the hall but that is part of the charm.

My 3 kids and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your charming friendly hotel.
After spending a few hours at the Falls, it was lovely to come back and chill out with a glass of cider and a good old fashioned pub meal. Rooms were comfy, bathrooms very clean. Definitely will stay here again!
