The location is great, very close to Wuma Street, making it easy to get around. The room was quite clean. For a central location, the price offers excellent value for money. It's a good choice for business trips or leisure stays.

The hotel is opposite the Dongtou New Town Passenger Transport Center. There is a 151/9/Passenger Bus, which is very convenient to travel to and from Wenzhou. There are some bus lines outside the hotel. You need to transfer to the main attractions such as Xiandieyan Wanghai Building in Banping Mountain. It is about 1.5 kilometers away from Chengguan Station. You can take a bus to the attractions at Chengguan Station. The attractions are within 5 kilometers of the hotel and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel room is spacious, cleaned, well-equipped and new, and sleeps quietly at night. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, and can give practical suggestions on tourist routes, especially the store manager, who can feel her enthusiasm for work and life.

Bath towels are disposable and clean❤️ Service: At noon, during the peak check-out period, the auntie was so busy cleaning that she forgot to replace the mineral water used by the guests😵💫 This needs to be improved. Environment: The room is not big, but it has everything! If you have large luggage, you can't turn around at all, everything else is pretty good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas😄

While the check-in was fast and the 14:00 late checkout was a nice gesture, this stay was far from restful. The ”Rest Easy” branding is ironic considering the mattress was the hardest I’ve ever used. It felt like sleeping on the floor with zero support. The room also had a muffy odor, thin walls that let in noise from other guests (having loud sex), and a weird light setup where the bathroom switches are nowhere near the actual bathroom. I was frustrated to be woken up by an unrequested phone call at 08:00. While the breakfast itself was good, most items were already gone by the end of the short 07:00–09:00 window. It’s fine for a quick stop, but don't expect much comfort.

This stay, the experience is simply full! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. Room service has nothing to say, the room is cleaned spotlessly, all kinds of supplies are arranged in a regular manner, and will be replenished in time according to my needs. One day, I accidentally soiled the sheets and made a call. The staff quickly came to change them. The attitude was super kind and there was no impatience. Whether it is a blanket late at night or an early breakfast, the hotel staff can respond quickly and respond to requests. This time I live too comfortably. I will definitely choose here next time I come here!
