Einfach alles perfekt! Das ( offensichtlich fachkundige ) Personal ist super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam, von Rezeption über Restaurant bis Frühstück - besser geht es kaum! Man ist da einfach gerne Gast - und jeder Euro ist es tatsächlich wert! Und sowas geht mitten in einem Touristen-HotSpot! Vielleicht sollten sich westdeutsche Gastronomen von Rhein und Mosel das mal im Osten ansehen, diese Preise und Leistungen ‘mal denen ihrer Häuser vergleichen;-)

Sehr schönes Hotel. Service ausgezeichnet. Die Küche ist hervorragend und steht der Sterneküche in nichts nach. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freubdlich. Die Zimmer hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Besten Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Unser Komfortzimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, schön möbliert und verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit. In der Küche wird gezaubert, was sich im Preis widerspiegelt, aber genauso gerechtfertigt ist. Wir kommen sicherlich nächstes Jahr wieder. Uns gefällt es sehr gut 👍.

Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer von Wernigerode und auf den Brocken. Unser Zimmer mkit gemütlicher Sitzecke und Bad waren sehr sauber , das galt auch für den gesamten Hotel- und Restaurantbereich. Das Personal in allen Bereichen war nett , freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend . Das Frühstück war reichhaltig , abwechslungsreich und lecker , ebenso die a la carte Speisen am Abend im Restaurant und der Aussenterrasse vor dem Hotel mit Blick auf eine schöne Altstadtkulisse auf das alte Rathaus und dem Marktplatz . Unser Fazit : Wernigerode ist eine Reise wert, das Hotel Weißer Hirsch liegt zentral in der Stadt und wir haben uns in den 3 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt . Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tages-ausflüge . Marion und Carsten

I feel so grateful to have been recommended this hotel, it was the best decision to stay here! The staff and owners were extremely generous and helpful. The rooms were spacious, had very comfortable beds, and had the best air conditioning I experienced from a hotel in all of Germany. The location is perfectly placed in the middle of a town square and is easily accessible to dozens of stores and cafes. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had an incredible variety of foods! I will definitely return and stay here in the future.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Tolles Team, freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch mal zu einem Scherz bereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück und einen ausgezeichneten Kaffee. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels, ermöglicht vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, innerhalb Wernigerodes oder auch außerhalb.

Modernes, familiengeführtes 4 Sterne Hotel mit historischen Wurzeln. Ausgezeichnete familiäre Atmosphäre, alle Einrichtungen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, moderne Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal! Direkt im Zentrum gelegen!

Gutes Haus. Sehr freundlicher Service. Zimmer neu renoviert, fast alles vorhanden, allerdings eher zweckmäßig als wirklich gemütlich. Leider fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine, den Fön kann man vergessen. Ein mehr als laues Lüftchen. Aber endlich mal ein Zimmer mit genügend Haken im Bad. Schlafqualität sehr gut, sowohl Bett als auch Geräuschpegel. Parkplatz mit € 12,- pro Nacht ok, Parkhaus allerdings sehr eng. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Publikum eher 60 plus. Preislich ist das Zimmer mit € 179,- für unseren Geschmack ausgereizt, wenn auch inklusive Frühstück. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Wie immer kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Essen alles sehr ausgezeichnet. Es gibt hier nichts zu kritisieren. Nächstes Jahr werde ich wieder hinfahren. Das Hotel liegt so zentral, dass man zu Fuß auch überall hinkommt. Wir haben auch ein Lunchpaket bekommen, dass wir dann ruhig unterwegs genießen konnten und alles war frisch. Man kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen.
