Overall good customer service! Good accommodation and just a great stay! Rooms were clean, pillows were fluffy, breakfast every morning, coffee and juice 24/7, very helpful and informational. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

could hear other people talking in the hallways and both rooms next door. Too much noise. Bathroom door had a very load squeeking noise..Every time its open and closed. But the staff was wonderful and kind.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and in a good location. There is a large dining area for breakfast which was delicious with options of hot and cold items. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. The staff is professional, caring and friendly.

My only suggestion is for the management to add “gripping” to the tub floors. They are too slippery and hazardous to all who want use them. We stayed two days and had to lay down towels to prevent from falling the tub.

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and wonderful staff always makes you feel like family Heidi was so accommodating for me. Above and beyond with her care. And the night gentleman is no exception he was so nice as well. Everyone I bumped into was so nice
