We were in town for the USAG Hugs meet at the Wiregrass convention center. The location is convenient and the facility seems to be very well-kept. Unfortunately, at breakfast we experienced some extremely rude breakfast attendants. There were several extremely rude comments made such as "I think you should do that at your table" when we were attempting to clean up a mess at the coffee bar. Many of the athletes at breakfast on Sunday morning were autistic and competing at the Hugs meet- I truly hope that the attendants attitude is not a reflection of their feelings toward our children and families. Regardless, it makes us question how welcome we are at the Fairfield.

Manager has to cone to the room to reboot "new" tv that cant be turned on and off...Marriott has solved stolen towel problem..get your towels for $1.99 in the sand paper aisle at Home Depot..could find my reservation but finally when miticing Elite member ran and cane back handing ne a bittle if free wsrer. Built in 2018 this should NOT be a Marriott venue. CLOSE AND RE BRAND.

I had a great experience due to the front desk agent by the name of Felix. No matter how busy the young man was he would always respond with a smile and would ensure that he would personally handle whatever I needed which he did. I have stayed at full service hotels which this hotel due to Felix would rival.

Brand new hotel , great location . Outlets right next to the hotel. Shops and restaurants near by. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Free breakfast was great in the morning. Also the free water bottles! It’s difficult for me due to my allergies and not being able to stay in hotels with dogs but I was grateful that this hotel only allowed service animals so I didn’t have to worry about my allergies. I was very impressed with this hotel especially for a Fairfield.
