Amazing property with plenty of space to feel spread out. The pool and beach area were fantastic with very prompt service. Didn’t feel like I was on top of other people, unlike what I saw at other hotels on the beach. Make sure to visit the Bonny Moon Beach Club next door for great food and drinks.

This hotel is the nicest on Grand Cayman. It was fantastic, from the room to the amazing smelling sheets and bathroom amenities to the reasonably priced and delicious pool/beach food with flags to raise when service needed to the included snorkeling equipment to the turndown service! The staff really care that the guests are enjoying themselves. The little touches like water bottles in the car when we left the hotel and offering to take equipment back to the beach building are some of the differences that set this experience apart from other hotels.

From the moment you pull up in the front of the hotel, the superb service begins. We walked in to welcome drinks and quick and easy check in. After a diverted flight all we wanted to do is go to the room, their check in was great! The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Rooms are roomy and well accommodating. The housekeeping is awesome, room and towels always freshened. My husband has celiac so we were a little worried we may have issues but NONE at all. Everyone was so knowledgeable about celiac and he ate very freely without having to worry! That itself makes this stay worth it. We ate at Ave and Avecita multiple times and even lunch at the pool with no worries! The food was outstanding. Every employee we encountered was pleasant with a smile on their face. When you go to the pool someone is there to give you a towel and chair towel and they supply aloe and sunblock. There is always cold water with cups on beach and at pool and they give you refillable water bottles. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back! I have to say island was a little more expensive than I thought but it was definitely worth it!!

We stayed at the Kimpton for 5 nights to celebrate our 25 year anniversary. From beginning to end, the excellent service by the staff made this a very special trip. In addition, the food is delicious. The beach is beautiful. And our hotel room was comfortable and clean. Thank you Kimpton staff for helping us celebrate!

5 STAR top of the line, one of the best resort hotels in sometime for us, we'd do it again in a flash. Amazing staff, food, service, room & view - you name it and it was perfect! Dinner at the AVE was a highlight of our trip and the amazing beds! Loved it all.

This might be the best resort in the Cayman Islands and possibly in the top 2 in the entire Caribbean . What’s not to like? Great rooms with views, well appointed; great bars and restaurants with fresh innovative offerings , a wonderful location on seven mile beach and the service……The service is really what sets this place apart in my opinion. It’s friendly, attentive, polite and most of all proactive and anticipatory. I can’t recall the number of times we were addressed by name, our needs anticipated before we even said anything out loud. Most Caribbean resorts have this policy of nickel and diming you for anything extra - not here! Is it expensive? Possibly, but worth every penny . My suggestion? Get yourselves a sea view room and let the resort and its staff work their magic. It’s probably the best Caribbean vacation you will ever have. After all , Forbes magazine rated it 5 stars and I see why.

My family and I had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at the Kimpton Seafire, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The staff were incredible, constantly keeping our drinks topped up with either Prosecco or a delightful selection of cocktails. Their attentiveness truly stood out. We were particularly impressed with how lovely the staff were to our 7-month-old baby, making sure she was comfortable and happy throughout the meal. This level of care made us feel very welcome. The food was nothing short of amazing. The seafood and salad were particular highlights, fresh and bursting with flavor. To top it off, the team made my sister's 30th birthday extra special by bringing out a beautiful and delicious special dessert. While we dined inside, the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, adding an extra touch of magic to our meal. I highly recommend the Kimpton Seafire brunch for anyone looking to enjoy exceptional food, stunning views, and top-notch service. We can't wait to return!

We came here for our honeymoon and even with high expectations, they were exceeded. Front of house were always helpful, warm, resolved any issues quickly and never made us feel like we were bothering them. Concierge helped us get good bookings for our itinerary. The service and food was great in all the restaurants. The sunset at the beach is very special. The spa treatment was the best we’ve had and worth doing one even though it’s pricy. Take time to enjoy the facilities there too. Housekeeping were great twice a day so the room always had the “first day” feel. There were also some great special touches for our honeymoon. Also take some time to go into the library bar and speak to the bar team about the cocktails they’ve created. Service at the pool and beach was also great, and no problems whatsoever getting a good spot whatever the time of day. The gym is great - it would be nice to be able to pull the blinds up though to enjoy the view while working out - seemed like only staff could do that. We stayed for a week and did a morning cruise to stingray city/snorkelling/starfish point, a trip to the turtle centre, and a sunset cruise, as well as dinner in town one night. We didn’t need a car for that. If you want to go out more often then a car might be worth it. But for a week the resort was beautiful and there were enough free shuttles to the excursions we did. Overall - great service, a beautiful well kept property, and lots to enjoy. Thoroughly recommend!
