Horrible hotel. We checked in the afternoon but had a family event so we didn't come back until late. The next morning I went to open our curtains and found them shredded. Pulled out our desk chair and it was in horrible shape. Even questioned if there was a battery in the smoke alarm as the little light did not flash the entire time we were there. When I mentioned it to the front desk all I got was oh well I will let the manager know. Can't believe they did not know about the curtains. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

Was unaware of hot tub and pool had been out of order for at least 3 weeks but said NOTHING about it on ur app when i booked the room.

The pool heater was broken, so the pool was out of service and that was disappointing. Also, there is no fitness room in the facility.

Eggs and sausage were cold every morning. There was a hockey team. And not sure if it is them. But slamming doors at 2am in the morning. Checked in and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion was already used. Had to make my own beds. Housekeeper or what he was made everyone uncomfortable.

The best part was the breakfast, hands down the best breakfast Ive had at a hotel.
The rooms were nice, one bed was softer, and the other was pretty hard. They had low water pressure, but the over all experience was good!
