Well located “ standard” Premier Inn. Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Bedroom was clean but I thought the furnishing was a little tired and the television was a tiny portable. However, there is a huge car park and no issues with space which I frequently encounter. I will stay here again.

This is one of the best Premier Inn’s to stay in, the staff on reception and the cleaning staff are always friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are always clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Von on reception will always help with restaurant bookings at the next door pub and any other issues you may have along with all the rest of the excellent reception staff. All the staff are a credit to the company and if you are staying in the area then this is the hotel for you, ideally situated for events on Birmingham as there is a tram station within 5/10 minutes walk where you can catch the tram into Birmingham. Thank you all for another wonderful stay.

Staff were excellent and friendly throughout the stay. The room was clean and tidy and smelt fresh. There was an issue with a squeaky floor board but we worked round this for the visit. Show was hot and powerful giving a refreshing shower. The restaurant staff were good and the waitress we had dealt with my guest who had allergies. Checked every item and even advised that the onion rings were done in the same fryer as mushrooms. Had a mushroom allergy. The car park could do with the bays being remarked out and ensure all people park within a bay and not dump the car across two bays.

Would not recommend Room and bed was not clean, toilet was very dirty I think was not checked at all, tv was not working, sofa in the room had a very strange smell. Went out of the room and when I came back room key didn’t work, I had to go back to reception 3 times to fix the key I was not happy with the experience and I checked out after about 2 hours I stayed in a few places but none of them had so many problems

I stayed here 2 weekends in a row due to travel and seeing family. First visit was fine , what I expected, minor issue with having to go up and down asking for extra towels as only one left. Other than that was fine! 2nd stay was disgusted by black mould floating in the bath with me. The over flow and plug were thick with it! No one on reception when I left in morning , on return for 2nd night I told the receptionist who apologised but done nothing else . Too tired to think I had to shower . Again having to go back down and up as not enough towels were supplied ! After making a complaint and a phone call to the receptionist the night I checked out I am still awaiting a response…. Poor show

We were up in West Brom for a wedding and reception, it was great couple of nights, nice hotel clean and friendly staff. The reception staff were friendly and the The Table Table restaurant next door served good food.

I always use premier inn but was very disappointed the bed was uncomfortable, use the shower and the drain stink overpowers you, shower runs randomly hot/cold in between. Try to flush the toilet and you have to press both buttons which were very hard. Connecting room doors don't actually close properly.

The hotel was great but like most of the Premier inns the restaurant was awful. I no longer stay in Premier inns with certain brands attached due to the kid size portions. Total rip off! On this occasion the staff were arrogant, Horrible attitude because the table wasn’t booked but the system was broke in the hotel so couldn’t book. I was made to sit in the pub and eat dinner when the restaurant was half empty the whole time I was there. Long enough for a couple of pints and dinner. I left hungry and disappointed. The treatment at breakfast was similar again hadn’t booked… Just a horrible place with horrible atmosphere and staff.

I was pleased with what we payed. It was clean, comfortable and warm. We had a great welcoming and friendly staff. They had excellent facilities. Had a great table table next door and a nice selection of food. Staff were also friendly there,.
