Management is horrible

Room was clean and comfortable. Accessible room included grab bars in the bathroom, but I still had to maneuver getting in and out of a tub, which is very difficult for me. Microwave and refrigerator were in the room but no coffee. All rooms were either up or down a half-flight of stairs, but fortunately, there was a ramp for wheelchairs and walkers.

This was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and I understand the hotel has quite a bit of trouble retaining good workers. Unfortunately, our room needed a lot of attention. It was not only very shabby, it was filthy. The entire floor was sticky. Most of it had dirt/dust/unknown substances on everything (furniture, walls, doors, etc.) The room was stuffy, but I didn't turn on the air because the AC unit had so much dust and grime in it. The upholstered chair had stains all over it - it truly looked leftover from the 70s. The towels and sheets were gray, but they weren't supposed to be. The sheets also had stains and hairs on them. The yellowish lights cast a depressing glow on everything. The bathtub bottom was very dark (I showered with my pool shoes on). The tissue box was empty and a light bulb was burned out. Due to paying in advance and the late hour, we felt we had to stay, but I couldn't wait to leave.

I’d definitely stay again. Overly amazing stafff, decent breakfast, free WiFi, quiet, calm, has laundry machines , allows pets, they sell toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream, tookpaste… free Tylenol, decent vending….

Super 8 isn't the cleanest place, isn't the nicest location in the area but it is walking distance to ****** but the staff there are A+ they try hard and are always friendly to myself and wife who come from the Ozarks. The free breakfast is good and I guarantee there's no bed bugs that's just not true. I certify this hotel 100% the best rate in the area period. The Diehl s...

The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help .A special thank you to Francine, Mariah, and Roji. I enjoyed the breakfast selection and options, as well. I would be happy to stay here again in the near future.

Save yourself the headache and do not stay here! Parking lot was full of broken glass, rooms were so filthy you wouldn’t want to take your shoes off, bed sheets were stained, bathroom was moldy. We checked out and drove home.

Horrible smell, stained and cigarette burned floor. Broken bed. Never did get anything resolved. Never cleaned room, took out trash. Misserable stay, no place else available. Never will stay again. Never would recommend to others.
