Parking fee far too expensive!
Breakfast was low on food, waited 20 minutes for the eggs to be refilled.
I lost an earring when it fell off the sink and fell behind the sink cabinet. Reported to the staff and waited for help, that NEVER showed up. Please return my pearl earring that fell behind the sink cabinet in room 207.

everyone was so nice and easy to work with. Gave parking instructions that were easy to follow. If we come back to the area, definitely staying here again.

The only good thing is its location. The breakfast buffet on their website is a continental breakfast with the one employee at the front desk asking you if youn want a cup of coffee. The room decor looks like it was from the early 90's. I got a wake up call at 6am I did not request. The walls are paper thin. Gotten woken up at 1.30 am by footsteps above me. Bed pillows are old and lumpy. The a/c did not work and the maintenance person had gone home. I did change rooms after repacking. The bathroom towels are old and rough and the toilet paper should be called sandpaper.Last i went to turn on my bathroon faucet and it lifted off the counter. this is my first review I have ever written. Do not let their website fool you. Never again!

I didn't appreciate an extra $25 charge to park in the attached garage vs parking in a public garage for $5. Then having to walk through an alley or around the block with my bags.
