Property was nice. It was clean, smelled good, and I enjoyed the swan towel- it was a nice touch. Not sure why they charge a daily parking fee. I was very upset that this wasn’t mentioned before/during booking and was extremely caught off guard with this due to the very large parking lot, private lot for the hotel. There was no street parking or shared area parking…. Just a huge lot around the hotel. There was NO need to charge parking fees. And when talking to the clerk at check in, his snarky response was “sorry, I don’t make the rules you just need to pay it” We also paid for our room in full prior to arrival. Nothing was mentioned about extra hotel fees on my original receipt or emails for booking. Again, this caught me off Guard and I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel at all with all of the “extra fees” added in. When my husband handed him the card for these extra fees he looked at it and immediately pointed to me and very hastily said “is this your card” uhm no, looking at it you can clearly see it was the same name as the guy checking in as you are also holding his ID. Not a huge problem, but the attitude was not needed and put a very bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. Other than the very crappy customer service, the hotel itself was nice. I probably will never stay at this location again due to the customer service and hidden fees.

The room was nice but there were things that were falling apart. The grout in the bathroom kept breaking up. One of the drawers was broken. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very convenient to the exit.

We came into town to visit family for the holiday and let’s just say we are less than pleased with our stay here. Why is there a $5 parking fee a night for a suburban hotel? The wifi did not work in our room the entire stay except for about 5 minutes. I told the front desk girl who worked overnight about it and she offered to change our rooms, as if that would fix the problem on that specific room. But also why would I want to move from a room we are already settled in?! The next morning I told the morning shift person, a nice lady with an English accent about it and she said she would have someone in the room as soon as we left for the day to go fix it. We got back to the hotel late that night and it did work.. for like 5 minutes then I looked and my son’s wifi had been disconnected again. We assumed breakfast would be included but it wasn’t. I ended up having to buy my son breakfast which tasted good but was a bit overpriced. The bistro also ran out of regular milk because it was expired, which I definitely appreciate not giving me expired milk but they only had oat and almond milk replacements which my son didn’t like so I got apple juice instead. The staff was really nice that we talked to, mainly the young girl working in the bistro and the English lady working the front desk. Those two were great to talk to every morning when my son would wake up at 6/6:30 and we’d go down for breakfast. Would I recommend this place to someone? Considering my dad just asked where we stayed for his next visit and I told him about his other options. I told him the only good part were those 2 ladies!

I stayed here under the guise of the room having a hot tub in the room, which wasn't the case for any rooms in the hotel. Their hot tub is a community hot tub that looks to be from early 90s and was so run down looking, very disappointed. I attempted to contact the front desk twice through the room phone but received no answer after letting run 30 times so I eventually even tried calling using my cell phone but to my surprise there still wasn't an answer ever to the front desk. I eventually had to walk down to the front desk on two separate occasions because I could never reach the front desk by calling in anyway, sadly. There were two elevators side-by-side but while I stayed there the one elevator was broken. I just wasn't happy overall for the amount that I paid for the night. It could've been expected at a cheap, dive hotel, but not a $200 per night room at the Marriott. I'll be looking for different accomodations for my next visit, for sure.

Very clean facility inside and out rooms are great and comfortable beds and pillows. Ben staying at this facility for past three years when coming to Cincinnati.
