Tru by Hilton Denver, PA

It was a beautiful hotel looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable beds, nice buffet breakfast an the pool is small and cute just enough to keep my kids entertained 😊 we will visit again soon.

So very disappointing overall. Had stayed here before an it was an amazing stay but this time was different. We were allowed to check in early and the staff could not have been nicer. After getting to our room and putting all of our stuff in we decided to go out for a while. We returned several hours later with our dinner from a local restaurant to sit and watch TV in our room. However, the TV didn't work. We called the front desk and they sent two different people up to try to fix the issue but in the end they were not able. By this time it was late and our dinner was cold and we just wanted to go to sleep. They did offer to move us but we declined as we were all settled in with our bags, tired from a long day on the road, and just plain frustrated. Then during the night the bathroom door would catch on the floor when you tried to close it making a loud noise each time. It appeared the floor was warped making it difficult for the door bottom to pass over. That morning while showering we discovered the body wash was empty in the shower. All of this comes down to attention to detail which was seriously lacking during this visit. We reported all of this to the front desk when we check out but no offers of adjustment to the bill was made. This despite a big sign next to the desk promising to "Make it right or we'll cover your night." They did not.

Quick trip to hometown to visit family.

The only complaint that I have is there was no microwave in the room.

We just spent a quick overnight on our travels, but noticed the nice outside sitting/relaxing area, nice gym, pool, family board games available, and gaithering areas in lobby. loved the breakfast.

Hotel facility and service was really good. The only disappointment is I found a hair that not mine or my husband on the bed sheet.

from check-in to check-out had a great stay. Clean, quiet, friendly and convenient. Highly recommend to friends looking for a place to stay in Denver PA

Property and staff were fantastic!!! Extremely clean, workers on top of breakfast (was delicious and a nice variety), maintenance man seen daily working, pool is the cleanest I've ever seen.
