This is just based on my check-in experience. I spend 100 nights a year in Marriott properties, so I get plenty of opportunities to observe front desk staff. Marlanea at this property was phenomenal. As I approached the desk, she got an ice cold water for me, saying, Welcome! You made it. Everybody can use a nice cold bottle of water.” How sweet was that? When I gave her my ID, she said “Oh we’ve been expecting you. I know you’re speaking for us tomorrow, and the room is all set. But they will be ready for you to go over any changes at 7 AM. She know who I was, greeted me, and wanted me to be successful. Oh, that every front desk person would be as kind.

Talha greeted me at the reception desk. He was very welcoming and professional.. I asked if he could help me with an issue I had during reservation and he promptly followed up. I had dinner at the LEGENDS Restaurant, and it was excellent. There is a new item on the menu called “Beef Tenderloins” and it is amazing. Morgan & Ruth were my servers and excellent as expected.

The rooms are comfy and well appointed but the best part is the hotel staff. The people at the front desk, Kadine, the in-house reservationist , and Asia, a server at the restaurant, are knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel like family. We love staying at the Marriot West in Conshohocken.

I liked the room, but I think it is reprehensible for a hotel to charge for Wi-Fi, especially when the room cost over $200.00.

Christina Holiday at the front desk was extremely pleasant and a total sweetheart. It was a rough trip getting to the hotel, with my Uber getting a flat tire but she made me feel welcomed and right at home. The hotel is clean and very nice. Thanks Ms Holiday!

This was my and I 26year anniversary getaway and being Bonvoy members we chose to go to Philly for a few days. We arrived at the hotel and just having a conversation with the he gentlemen at the counter was refreshing. Mr. Rushane and Mr. Fabrice made my wife and I stay welcoming. Their customer service was outstanding as was their attitude and countenance. My room was clean and the view was great. Though it rained most of the day on our anniversary we were able to enjoy some quality time with each other. Thanks to the gentlemen at the front desk. I would definitely visit again. Thank you Mr. Fabrice and Mr. Rushane.

Talha at front desk does a great job. Always remembers my name and helped me resolve a reservation glitch. I have to stay in this hotel several times a month so it is nice to have people who are committed to doing a good job. Watch out for Legends restaurant, food and service can be pretty bad sometimes.

We asked to be on the top floor to avoid noise that you often encounter here. He said nothing was available yet we deduced that we were one of 10 clients staying here yesterday. In a 200 room hotel.
The room smelled kind of foul, the glass was dirty all around
