Top of toilet seat was already soiled, shower knob was broken, room service was not prompt. No wifi.

Staff are very good and courteous. Loaction is too good to stay and its very safe. Food is little bit costly but quality is too good. Its worth. Service was also good

Worst hotel, they treat their guest as begger. Even make my trip customer care also worst. This was my last booking with make my trip, after that i will prefer to stay on road but will not book from make my trip. You guys should learn hospitality from feb hotels. It was my big mistake that i booked from make my trip

We were given a room on the floor where construction was going on. After few hours that construction came to just on our head (beside our room) and then faking drilling machine on our head. Then they shifted to us in the room, we were sleeping then ac stopped working we were sweating badly then they kept us waiting for another 45mins to see if they can fix ac. And then again they shifted-bus to onther room. First experience worst experience that drilling thing fkk
