Best hotel in mayapuri new delhi Booked 60 rooms with banquet hall. Neat and clean rooms. Location is prime. Parking available. Food was fabulous. Reception staff available 24 hrs Security guard available 24 hrs Best hotel for wedding functions.

To begin with they have no parking, they ask you to park your car on a service road in front of the hotel with no security of your car. We checked in and were given room key and we literally had to find our way to the room which was on a different building behind the main hotel building. Room was small, smelly, dirty bedsheets and pillows, no handwash in toilet, dirty towell, no drinking water. I asked for a water bottle three times and was sent water in a reused bottle. Ordered a tea in the evening never received. The kitchen staff was rude on a different level. Overall pathetic service. I literally had to go out and purchase water. TV in room is old, starts after trying for 20 times, wifi never connects. Wish I had chosen something else.

First of all the staff is Rude as hell and they don’t know how to handle the customers. I booked two rooms and came to visit my elder brother who was staying in this property. They denied me to enter the room which was booked by me and which I paid for !! I genuinely don’t recommend this property to anyone in future. Please never every visit this property which has such a rude staff. And I would please advice Hi***shu the front desk guy to learn some ***ners.
