Overall services were very good thoroughly professional and well ***nered staff. Good staff behaviour can always make your stay pleasant, Can be given 5 stars for their hospitality. From booking to check in and check out, Front desk team was also quite friendly and helpful.

Staff not able to give basic information, hotel does not accept international credit card payments, not value for money. we will not stay there again.

Giving 1 star as no option to love formward without star.Wrost hotel with wrost customer service. Staff is so unprofessional. We booked a hotel for 5 nights and they advised us price is Rs5460 total and we paid Rs1000 at the time of booking and asked them remaining balance of Rs4460 we can pay while check in. Today when we arrived for checkin it was me myself and my my mother in law with me. As we arrived we asked for check in they asked us to pay the balance which I paid straightaway and asked the guy that our balance is nil now and he told me this Rs5460 is just for one night after arguing they said Ruchi Madam spoke to you she might didn't explained you clearly. And after travelling for 7 hours from ludhiana they didn't accepted their own bill given to us and we had to move to different property now.
