Front desk very friendly. Did not say thank you for my status and did not mention or offer any upgrade. (Titanium). No big deal. Room was very clean and nice. Elevators beat up and old, but got us to our floor no problem. Arrived around 1600, went to have a coffee/pop. Club was clean, but very limited pop, seems like they had not restocked. Fast forward to Monday morning. Breakfast was not good. Only thing that was full was bacon. No eggs??? Looks like it had been empty for awhile. Oatmeal was ice cold and a complete mess. Tables were dirty and no employee showed up in the room the entire time. Just thought you should know, not a great representation of M Club.

The lobby was beautiful, the smell was too citrus based, the entrance to the pool and the fitness center had dirty rags though, the fitness center was hot and humid too. The front desk agent was nice when we checked in, but when we checked out, that front desk agent was abrupt and rude and was sitting and eating. She didn't seem to want to help. The agents should tell us where the amenities are when we check in but didn't. The room was ok, not enough toilet paper though, the towels were right by where the toilet is. The pillows were uncomfortable and there were crumbs on the couch. Breakfast was good. There was trash outside left, a general manager or housekeeper needs to do a walk around every morning but obviously didn't. The elevator was dirty and destroyed looking on the walls. Overall, ok stay. Not great. Ok.

Beautiful property. We had a key card issue. But they rectified it right away. I love that after a loooong day of travel we could order dinner in our room. And pre order breakfast delivered so we can be on our way. The rooms are phenomenal!
