The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and we had such a relaxing time at the pool and hot tub but one thing that really made our time here was the person working at the front desk his name was drew the moment we walked in he made us feel so welcome he truly made it seem like he was so happy to help with everything we a asked about hand overall he was so genuine and kind.

We had a HUGE snowstorm during the night of our stay. Staff was out early in the morning clearing the parking lots, etc. so we could travel. Bravo!

Old building. Small room. Small bathroom, but everything was clean. Had refrigerator but wasn’t plugged in. Couldn’t get WiFi hooked up. Too tired to care. TV’s guide didn’t work. Price was exactly right for this place. It was clean and that’s worth something.

The pillows were better than our own. Shower was five star, breakfast was 5 star, the light roast coffee was 5 star. The best in all the land is their hot tub was deliciously hot with enjoyable jets. The expert staff were pleasant and accommodating!

We loved the room! Plenty of space, and the decor was simple and elegant. The personal hygiene items were thoughtfully provided and conveniently located by the sink and in the shower. The service was prompt and attentive! And twice they joyfully went beyond the call of duty! The only negative—and it was a small one—the shades in the common area were dusty. We really enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere!! It was easy to relax at this hotel! Most of all, the general manager herself, located my left-behind item and mailed it to me with a cheerful and helpful attitude!!

This is a nice property that is well cared for, but there are several very irritating factors which make it doubtful I will ever stay at this site again. The main room has very poor lighting. It is very difficult to read comfortably, and not at all convenient to do work (poor lighting and desk space). There was only one chair in the room, which is very difficult for two persons in the room. There is also no microwave in the room, which is extremely inconvenient, since there is no forewarning about this lack of such a common appliance in the room on the property's website.
