Credit card reader wasnt working. The hallways and elevator smelled like pee. Free breakfast is a granola bar and watery coffee. The sheets and towels were worn and dingy. Wouldn't recommend.

Everything was great. Check in was easy and quick. Very nice staff. The carpet in the room could be cleaner looking. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

I have emailed ********** and the corporate office at Extended Stay America twice and have not gotten a reply. I requested my money back because of the condition (we left an hour after check in and asked to be refunded the remaining 7 nights). I got zero reply from anyone. Horrible customer service on top of a subpar, unclean, scary hotel.

I moved in here 3/4/23 This place is amazing . The employees are helpful.The whole place is clean.i have all the amenities of home and my dog Onyx loves it.Thank you for your service!!! What I needed was a place to stay like home and it is !!
