Noisy stay on Jordan Pkyway. No restaurants nearby after a long day of traveling, nice room but the traffic starts early, was awakened by that. Location is more for business stay, not couples or families, just nothing but business around it. Room average and breakfast okay.

What really impressed me with my stay at Comfort Inn involved my being disabled and the excellent accessible accommodations that were provided. The truth be known I was there for my stay because a facility just one week earlier couldn’t manage to get accessible done right! I will certainly remember my stay at The Comfort Inn Des Moines West, Iowa on our next travel down Hwy 35 in Central Iowa, you can be sure.

YAY !!! Outstanding customer service ~ special thanks to Danielle at the front desk. The perfect combination of friendly & efficient, check-in was a breeze & she placed me in the "just right" room. Later she helped me print off some important paperwork which I appreciated, as neither of us could get the guest computer to power up. My room was clean & comfortable. Sparkling bathroom with lots of counter space & generous supply of towels. Free wifi w/ample signal. Easily accessible bedside outlets for charging electronics. Fridge/micro & in-room coffee. Slept well on comfortable bed w/nice linens & fat, fluffy pillows. Standard continental was well tended by a very friendly & cheerful gal, I think her name was Susan, and she sent me off next morning with a smile. As someone who packs a cooler in order to eat healthy on the road, I was happy to locate a HyVee grocery store less than a half mile north on Jordan Creek Pkwy. Will definitely be my "Go-To" in this area :-).
