Sheena is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always has a lovely smile to greet you when come into hotel and willing to help guests out and to make ur stay more comfortable..the rooms are always clean and comfortable..would definitely recommend dealing with Sheena..from all the staff Sheena is definitely the best of them all..

All good, cheap and cheerful. Good basic stay. Really good service from Sheena at check in and breakfast time. She provided a nice Easter treat for daughter. Plenty of parking as hotel seemed quiet. Convenient location just off the M4. Nearest tube was about a 5 min drive away or would bd about a 20/25 min walk.

This was my second visit its was excellent as usual, comfortable bed, clean room , check in was quick and effective, breakfast was amazing sheena took good care of us , staff are very friendly and all are helpful had no issue during my stay car parking is specious never had difficulty staying.

The plase was nice and Clean, the staff is very kind. Sheena really take care for us and make our stay comfortable. The room is hot, we have space in the parking, it's close to the airport. Thanks very much for your hospitality. Kind regards Martin

Great stay; food service was very quick and tasted absolutely amazing. On top of this all the staff were very helpful and polite, offering help when we needed it. Beds were all comfortable. Location was convenient for flights. Parking was easy.

Sheena was very friendly and helpful. Her friendly personality made us feel at home in the hotel. We would visit the hotel again when we are in London with her service. I will recommend the hotel. It was a nice stay in London and we will come again
