I must say I enjoyed my stay at your organization to the fullest 😊 but the only problem or fault I have is that they are too many chipped plates that are use to service meals .

older lady at front desk very friendly. Bath towels were often severely worn and ripped. Could not get housekeeping to provide bath rags. Towel rack in bathroom broken. Comforter for bed had a hole in it. our first morning staff was very friendly to us. dinner staff refused to even smile. but with other (white) guest she showed all her teeth. So we decided to eat off property at local resturants not connected to samsara. The fish filet served for dinner was heavily breaded, not cooked properly, but edible.

Excellent, small, friendly hotel. It was more like being one of the family. We’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Negril and this was one of the best. Room - we stayed in one of the Vuz rooms overlooking the infinity pool. It was spacious and clean. USB charging ports near the bed and a coffee maker and fridge in the room. Maid service was excellent. Pools - there are 2 pools, neither were busy and there are plenty of sun loungers available. Bar - plenty of choice from the All Inclusive menu as well as options for other drinks not in the AI package. Food - Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice that rotated about every 4 days. Lunch we only had a couple of times. Dinner - as with breakfast, options and the menu rotates every few days Staff - friendly and welcoming, a special shout out to Tina on the Bar, Veronica at Reception, and the whole restaurant team who were fantastic throughout. We did use the transit to Legends, and would recommend it as a pleasant location on the Beach. Overall - a great value hotel with one of the friendliest vibes we’ve experienced in Negril.

The food was excellent. The room (two double beds facing the ocean) was small but air-conditioned with a nice balcony. The staff was friendly and fun. We loved being on the cliffs instead of the beach, as it felt more open and less crowded. You can get to the sister resort (Legends) easily by walking or shuttle. The surrounding area was safe, but not much infrastructure. The dining room and sitting areas were lovely, but some loungers and cushions could be replaced.

Loved our stay. Safe surroundings and friendly caring staff and owner. It’s not a five star but they do their best! Bring your own beach towel. Only expect two towels in room daily but only delivered after they do laundry. Some people complained about the ants in room. Had them a couple of days. Made a trail to the garbage and left the next morning. It’s a tropical location so expect some bugs, etc!There was a crazy storm that basically smashed sea side of resort. Staff did their best to quickly turn things around as quickly as possible and back to normal! Would stay again but not do all inclusive. Lots of places to explore and eat at nearby.

Property needs some major renovations. It smelled really moldy. They old linen and curtains smelled too. Property was flooding at the time of my stay and no one offered to move us to a different room or update us on the situation. The power went out as well and we were left to fend for ourselves.

I liked the pool & the balcony with the beautiful view of the sea. I didn't like having my necklace stolen the 1st time I left the room or the rude women that served us in the restaurant. I didn't like that they only had 1 face towel in a room of 3 people & we had to bug them for 3 days straight before they gave us all the towels we needed. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
