Begona Cliff Hotel

Just back from a week at this new boutique hotel on the cliffs cleverly constructed using shipping containers. Manager Kim and her lovely staff spare no effort to serve their guests great food and drink while proving very clean and comfortable lodging with seaview balconies for all. From the security agents to the cooks and bartenders and also housekeeping, all of the cross trained staff can handle any need you have. The location is perfect with cabs aplenty, small store across the street and the No Limit and Peewees bars steps away. Hard to beat and you will have a good time.

OneLove bus tour/bar crawl, last stop on the tour, great location for the sunset, great drinks and a**osphere here. Recently renovated, property is spectacular. Didn't get a chance to eat here but i did smell and see some shrimp and wings, looked amazing and smelled great. Definitely a place to stop in or even stay if given the opportunity.

Firstly, I must say that I really had a wonderful experience at this property. The view was so stunning, the design of the room was unique and everything went so well. Secondly, I have to express my gratitude to Andii as she always ensured that everything was going well. Lastly, OMG the food was A+, the kitchen staff were on point. I would definitely visit this property again, no doubt.

Begona is a breathe of fresh air, the location is beautiful coupled with its excellent staff members. These staff members have excellent customer service skill set I must mention Kelly, Tamara and Andi. ANDI made my visit memorable; she has exceptional people skills. Furthermore, the room was clean. I will definitely recommend this venue to people for relaxation or event. Begona big up yourself

I enjoy my birthday stay to the fullest, great ocean view the rooms are clean , housekeepers are on time, the front office staff mickealia she is very nice . Wow!!! She make my night she surprised me with a bottle of red wine for my birthday. Would recommend begona anytime and I would book it again. See you guys soon.

Loved it! Amazingly beautiful views, rooms are lovely… very well thought out and considerate to the traveller, cute balcony. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, food was good too. I wouldn’t advise for families with small children as can be very noisy at night. Will definitely be staying again!

New Hotel on the Cliffs..West End side of Negril.... Can't say enough about the views, ambience and staff!!! Really, You'll know you are on vacation there with all the smiles, laughter, music and succulent food!!! And did I mention feeling super safe!! Visible Security 24/7....Cutest convenient store right across the street, Another local bar right across the street and another food and drink spot right next door!!! The rooms are tiny, but I was super pleased with the brand newness and how modern the space was...Bed extremely comfortable and a large rain shower head...Outside of the room is the punch line!! Extra nice pool, bar, restaurant and cliff's edge... Snorkeling right from your back yard.....All the boats can also pick you up from your back yard and take you fishing, island hopping, to the beach side or to the infamous Ricks cafe...The price is Super also...All in all I enjoyed it TOTALLY!!!! Worth a peak!!!!! Thanks to all that made my stay wonderful....From the Manager and assistant manager to the cooks and bartenders and let's not forget security day and night...They all made me feel special!!!! Will see you again and keep the champagne cold for me.....!!!!!

I recently returned from another fantastic vacation in Negril, Jamaica and during this visit I had the opportunity to stay at a spectacular boutique hotel called The Begona Cliffs Hotel! Even though this stay was during a soft opening, the service was top notch! The staff was amazing and ensured I felt welcomed and had everything needed to have a great vacation! The vibe of this establishment was extremely peaceful and relaxing - and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking! I watched the most mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets from my rooms balcony daily! The food and drink options were aplenty and extremely delicious and fresh! The chefs are amazing!! The rooms have a European flair- small ,but extremely clean, comfortable and airy. The bed was super comfy and the a/c and fan kept the room nice and cool! The astonishing views make up for the room size. (Tip- please keep in mind this establishment is not fully open- so please allow grace until they are 100% functional) Needless to say I am already planning a return visit in the near future!

Excellent service staff are amazing Nadine is a darling always has welcoming smile. The rooms are immaculate everything has been thought off. The bar is fully stocked great bar staff smiling staff what more could you ask for as especially I found most bars n restaurants I have been to throughout the island it’s very different none smiling staff. The views are amazing this hotel bar and restaurant is a must I would definitely recommend this place. It’s clean hygienic and is very reasonable with the room rates. I just would like to say once again this place is superb and the staff keep it up guys.
