Great place. Will return for sure. Sterling is an excellent dive master and Chris the shop mgr is most accomodatimg. Ran out of cash and they let me paypal as you ca.t tip on the final bill or the tax man cometh.. ,..............................

Merveilleuse place pour séjourner! L’équipe est accueillante et accommodante. On les sent sincères quand ils tentent de nous aider. Jours deux, plusieurs me saluaient par mon prénom quand ils me voyaient.
Le seul petit bémol c’est que le prix inscrit sur ******* comprend le forfait de base. Si vous voulez avoir les 3 repas inclus vous devez payer pour le forfait « tout inclus ». Cela comprend 3 plongées et les repas. Pour ma part, je n’avais pas vu cette subtilité sur le site lors de ma réservation.
Toutefois, quel endroit magnifique pour la plongée! Les instructeurs sont de vrais perles. C’est un must dans la vie d’un plongeur cet endroit. N’hésitez pas à demander aux gens de l’endroit pour des idées de restaurants; il y en a plusieurs délicieux et à moindre coûts! Si vous avez la chance d’y aller un dimanche, je vous conseille d’essayer le soupe aux fruits de mer. Il s’agit d’une recette d’un des membres de l’équipe et il n’y a que lui qui connaisse la recette

El personal muy atento y amable . Rafa se portó genial con nosotras.La habitación con nevera , agua gratis toda la estancia. El desayuno muy bueno. Justo enfrente de la barquita taxi por 5 dólares a West Bay . Muchas tiendas cercanas , restaurantes y zona de ocio . También opción snorkel y buceo en el mismo hotel.

En término a limpieza, excelente. El personal de limpieza/mantenimiento siempre atenta a mis necesidades. Los empleados todos muy servicial. La atención de Leo, Norma, Felipe, Sterling, Elizmay, y la otra recepcionista con gran Lena su nombre escapa mi memoria fueron geniales en su atención general.

The property is in the heart of everything..the water taxi is right across the street...alot of food options in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and nice and helpful especially with arranging tours...the only downfall with hotel is that the room had no phones to call the front desk. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendliest property we have ever stayed at, while older property the owner Paulo is always working to improve and update. WiFi issue, had IT guy there in a couple of hours and working into night to resolve.
Need laundry service, drop off at front desk night before, back next day. We were missing one of laundry, they called laundry and missing piece was delivered quickly.
