Clean inside and in room. Outside hotel seemed dirty. Could be because winter was just here. But would stay again

Kids loved the pool area. Good for all ages. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Would definitely come back

While on a solo cross country trip, I was so thankful to finally arrive at the hotel. Justin at the front desk was wonderful! He was so welcoming and kind, just what I needed after a very long day of driving. He told me everything I needed to know, and he knew that I was exhausted and didn't overwhelm me with questions or details. He was the perfect person to greet me upon my arrival. The hotel is lovely and super convenient to the highway. I had everything I needed, and I was grateful to be in a safe and comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything besides check in.
We were told it was going to be 20 minute to check in. So we left and came back. Then again we were told it was going to be another 30 minutes. After they just checked in a family.
