Pretty decent hotel. Excellent location but a little bit outdated.
The rooms were large and well equipped with a kitchen and everything you will need if you're traveling
What I didn't like was the fact that none of the windows in our room had any type of security or protection there was no screens there were no child safety mechanisms in place on any of the windows which made it easy for the children to fall out if they got too close.
However the resort is in the perfect location and it's perfect for groups traveling together who want quick and easy instant access to the slopes. But if you are traveling with children please be careful around the windows.
Overall the place is a little bit outdated and it hasn't been renovated since it was opened over 24 years ago however it is in fairly decent condition overall.

Room rates have gone up $45 since last year. No longer "the best value in the valley", for sure. If money is no object then go for it as it is a nice resort with clean and nice amenities and mountain views (if you have one).

Nathan Ho was unbelievable, I have never experienced service from any accommodations like he gave. He went above and beyond with everything we asked. The restaurant was also great and the food was next level, we will definitely be returning

Great ski in and out location. Nice to have underground parking. Comfy beds and lots of space for the five of us. Great to have a kitchen option for meals.

Facility is dated and could use some updates but it is a beautiful location right on the ski hill. A safe place to store bikes would be a great asset for this facility.

The one bedroom loft suite was amazing and very comfortable for our family of 4. The service from Wade and his team is truly wonderful. My wife had a 90 min massage at the spa and was very happy with the quality of experience she recieved especially with her being a meticulous RMT herself. Our family will definitely be back for a visit in the near future.

Great location to access the Fernie ski area (ski in/ski out). Lot's of space in the apartment and very comfortable.

Extremely dated with zero charm or comfort. Fraying carpets, uncomfortable couch with no pillows, the place is rundown and in desperate need of renovation. Overall terrible value. Definitely won’t stay here again.
