The room is clean and suitable for a short stay while driving. You need to carry your luggage on the second floor, so Ctrip helps to move it to the first floor. The room we were given at first had one large bed and two small beds, and the refrigerator and freezer was broken. With Ctrip's help, we moved to a larger room on the first floor. The bed room feels much more comfortable. Good value for money, the room is clean, but the surrounding area is not very convenient.

Shower took several minutes before it got warm, and even then it was on full. I was in a upstairs room facing a street, when there were several vacant rooms facing town, with a balcony. Room was clean and comfy, though.

Nice large room on 2nd floor with balcony, tree was a little large for a view over the harbour.
Pool was a little green and filter had a lot of old leaves in it.
Air conditioner was nice and quiet.
Car parking had lots of large spaces.

Staff unhelpful, and lazy. The smoke detector was missing, Filthy, the bathrooms had other peoples body hair stuck to the walls/tiles. Dogs barking in rooms adjacent, doors wouldn’t open and close properly the kids couldn’t get out of the bathroom at one stage. Mattress was old and sagging. Crockery was chipped and filthy. The fridge smelt so bad that we couldn’t even open it. This place is a nightmare. Steer clear.

The reception is mostly unattended and no one answers the phones.
The rooms are not serviced daily and one wonders how the milk for the tea/coffee would be replenished.
