I checked in and walked right back out dirty roaches from the hallway microwave fridge the bedroom light doesn’t work knobs missing for tub the room didn’t even look cleaned wrappers behind bed omg this is one for the books

I stayed in the executive suite, figured it would be better because I am quite busy and wanted to feel peace. The minute you see your door handle, it is rusted, bathroom is quite literally falling apart. I turned the shower on and the water burst everywhere, there is black mold in the bathroom (even in the second suite and frankly possibly, everywhere), the furniture is old and literally falling apart. The wall "covering" is literally losing it's adhesion and is falling apart. I mean overall, it was possibly one of the worst stays that I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to stay in. Just imagine you get to check in at 11 at night, you're exhausted, you pull the blanket and there is 4 inch hair everywhere on your bed sheet. So. It's safe to say, I will literally never be back.
Lastly, I got room service once out of 3 nights I stayed, even though I left the notice outside on my door handle.

Easily the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We did not feel safe, sketchy occupants. The room was terrible. Hole in the wall, no soap, limited TP, worn towels, unplugged heating unit with missing dials. It should lose it's relationship with Choice hotels. Apparently there are no standards.

Staff was friendly but rooms need to be updated badly I was in a corporate room it didn't look corporate to me no coffee maker mold in the showers old style tube TV breakfast room was closed no nothing

They charged me a deposit of 100 dollars and they have not returned it to me yet. The facilities are very old. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, the towels were very old. Apart from that, when I checked in they gave me a room that had not yet been cleaned. When I complained, they treated me with attitude. I do not recommend it

The initial pictures are click bait. They charge you a $100 security deposit when you get there, despite the fact if you made a reservation and paid online. There was overflowing trash outside. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it and the room didn't have wash cloths just towels. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I almost expected to see street walkers arriving.

It was dirty. The 1st room had no lights so I went to the office to change rooms. The desk clerk looked at me like I was crazy, but put me in another room and the heat didn’t work so I went to another room. I ended up there but there was no hot water. It was the worst experience.
I could only sleep for a couple hours because I felt so gross. When I woke up there was bugs!
Also I told the clerk he overcharged me and he said he had to wait for the morning and then in the morning he said I had to wait for the manager but I told him I was leaving. He finally gave me back the money but never apologized, never thanked me.
I still feel so disgusted.
Can home, washed everything 3 times!
The scariest, worst experience.
I get not being new but clean the place, make sure the outlets work, heat and water.
