Went in summer.
The advantage of the hotel is that multiple people can stay in one room. The suite with a large bed and sofa bed is very spacious, which is very suitable for hanging out with friends.
The hotel is not a large chain hotel. The facade looks relatively hidden, but the interior decoration is good, with a small bar and a swimming pool.
The hotel is located in West Hollywood, with mainly residential areas nearby. It is very quiet and safe.
The hotel is on a slope. Walking up you can reach a section of Sunset Boulevard, and walking down is Santa Monica Boulevard (part of Route 66). There is a Trader Joe’s nearby which is very convenient.
The hotel service is also very good. We basically got everything we asked the front desk for (we even got a microwave).
It takes about 30-40 minutes to take a taxi from each attraction, and 10 minutes to Hollywood Boulevard.

Convenient location up on the hill near sunset Blvd, but it’s super quiet in the neighborhood where you cannot recognize it’s actually a hotel. Rooms are elegant, I like it and will book it again for traveling or biz trip in the future.

The location is perfect, in the middle of West Hollywood. The decor is stunning and well appointed. But I stayed for one week and the room wasn’t cleaned once the entire time, so can’t say the service was very good. On the plus side, the rooftop pool is very photogenic. I would stay here again.

The rooms were funky and cool, and all people were great from check in to checkout and the restaurant. Only issue was that the restaurant/bar was only open weird random hours. The pool was also closed, but that was on the website and expected. Lastly, the balcony looked out to nothing.

Evan made free wine hour the most memorable experience of our stay. He was very personable and friendly, you can tell he enjoys meeting new people. This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet suburban street in West Hollywood. But walkable to lots of great shops and restaurants - including a trader joes literally a 2 minute walk away for snacks and essentials. Rooms are spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. Note - they are only serviced by request during your stay (this didn’t bother us but may others). Small but well equipped hotel gym with two very modern treadmills (what I used).
