Friendly staff at check in and (expensive) valet, but my room never got cleaned…. And there was a mysterious fire alarm.

Great location with public parking across the street. Also with Valet parking available .
The best feature about this hotel is that almost everyday there is a special event happening in the lobby . Mainly music is involved , it’s great for people to come together and get to know new artists and locals .
Rooms are great.
Pool is cool just doesn’t get much sun compared to others.

The hotel has 3-4 floors, and the pool view is pretty.
The room was spacious enough and the king size bed was comfortable.
However, there was a lot of musty smell in the hotel.
And when I shower, the water doesn't drain quickly.
There are many good hotels around the location, so I went to another hotel for breakfast.

Everything was great the minute we got here. Valet was easy and accessible… staff was AMAZING… near shopping and food… live entertainment every night… free margaritas… I mean, does it get any better… definitely a vibe

This hotel was above and beyond. The location was perfect, the food and drinks were fantastic (shoutout to the espresso martini and chicken sliders), the staff were so friendly and fun. Our room was comfortable and the hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a great pool area. Definitely recommend and will be back to Hotel Ziggy if we are ever back in the area! Lots of love from Canada.
