Passing through before taking a flight we stayed in this hotel for 1 night.

Service: The hotel staff are always smiling and try their best to meet our needs. The food in the restaurant is also delicious.

I was given a wrong room, 🥺 was ask to send the proof of reservation 4times and I was not happy about it the payments method is not ok between the hotel and the app 🥺 so it affected me 🥺

Airport pickup and drop off. Excellent staff. Very secure. Nice Pool. Very Quiet. Air Conditioned. Green Conscious. Incredibly diverse menu... Very Good Chefs and Service/.. Used it as A HOME FOR OUR VARIOUS SAFARIS/ EXCUTRSIONS... No alcoholic beverages available.

This hotel was booked by our travel company. Although the hotel is comfortable, with good food, nice view and helpful staff, it is located in an unsafe area, fairly distant from Stonetown. The hotel website is deceiving (a picture shows a beach, in fact it is the picture of a "sandbox" by the pool. There is no beach). Also the hotel is "dry", and it is not mentioned in the website. Probably a good hotel for small conventions, but not for tourists.

Nice hotel with big rooms and good customer service , rooftop restaurant had spectacular views of Zanzibar. Besides, the seafood plater was very delicious and I highly recommend ordering it. Ms Pauline did above and beyond to make our stay comfortable enough
