I stayed at Brits Hotel Puri Indah and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with easy access to various shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.
The rooms were clean, modern, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quality of the in-room amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was important for my work needs.

Very nice hotel. Great value for money.
The service is perfect, the rooms are clean and large.
The rooftop for a drink in the evening or a bite to eat is great with an impressive view of the city. In the morning, breakfast at the rooftop was great. Lots of choice at the buffet level.
I really recommend this hotel.

Good location and seems like it will change the name of hotel no more Fave. Hope with the new name have better services and hospitallity. Please make it fast for check out process don't let visitor waiting too long, need improvement for staff.
