No elevator. 2x 350ml drinking water per day. Mattress - soft spring, worse than capsule hotel. Wifi - inconsistent Aircond - I cleaned the filters myself to get it working. For reviews that brought up unclean/stained sheets & pillowcase, actually they're just unbleached. See my photo for the difference between bleached & unbleached. (I brought my own pillowcase)

Amazing and great location indeed in capital city easy to move around and flexible.

It’s a very great in the convenient place. I would say fair foot bother you and staff are very helpful.

The service attitude was truly awful. There were so many cockroaches in the room, and they didn't even bother to help me look for my lost items.

Good value for the price, rooms and facilities not modern but acceptable. A little of a hidden place but not too difficult to find if you use Google maps.

Good location however the hotel could’ve been cleaner. I did have stained sheets on arrival but they did move me into a room with cleaner sheets. The staff are very helpful though

very bad hotel, smelly when we enter the room. looks like they dont change the bedsheets because its very smelly and many stain in the bed

The mattress and sheets were dirty and smelly. The shower head was broken, and the hot water wasn't hot at all.

My stay was very bad in terms of location and also the problem of the staff not being good at English and there is no room service

Pretty decent hotel to stay at while budget traveling. Nothing fancy, but not bad either. Smelled like smoke though.

DISAPPOINTING. WASTED POTENTIAL. SERVICE NOT GOOD. REASONS: - NO FLEXIBILITY WITH BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS - HOTEL IS ACTUALLY OK, BUT WITHOUT ANY BOOKING FLEXIBILITY IT'S NOT RELEVANT. ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN ANYTIME, FLEXIBILITY IS IMPORTANT, ESPECIALLY IN A CITY AS JAKARTA. MAYBE I WILL CONSIDER TO STAY AGAIN IF THEY PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE.
