1、500多/晚不帶早餐的價格在雅加達算貴的了，但是服務跟不上
2、房間沒有浴巾，需要問前台要
3、房間居然連瓶裝水都沒有
4、攜程預訂的，等了15分鐘才讓入住

環境很好，房間和服務也很棒，只是第二天價格就漲了一半以上，所以沒在這裏住。有優惠的時候住這裏，性價比很高。

Maaf kenapa Kamar berisik ya. Suara dari luar dan kamar sebelah sampai kedengaran apalagi suara anak2.
Sebelum booking di sini saya liat dari ulasan Tamu Lain tentang Kolam Renang katanya keramik nya pecah dan saya pikir sudah diperbaiki(mohon maaf kalo saya salah info,karena saya jg tidak cek kolam lgsg berhubung gak temani anak berenang)
Anakku 3th jadi luka kedua lututnya. Padahal bagus Kolamnya Indoor jadi gak kepanasan.
Semoga jadi perhatian supaya fasilitasnya LBH aman ya. Makasih

Minta kamar non smooking, tp pas masuk kamar bau rokok sekali.,sampe pusing di dalam kamar, krn pagi siang malam, bau rokok nya, ampun deh, mengganggu sekali.
Selebihnya sih baik, makanan oke, room jg oke, ada dispenser dekat kamar.

Generally very good hotel. Couple minor issues are air con is not cold enough in the room. Room is nice and big with great views from 16th floor. Pool is quite small but fine , very noisy though as main road outside it . Breakfast I enjoyed but juice bit watered down. Laundry was expensive. I think you can get 5 star for few euros more.
