1, No compliman drinking water. . I have to buy.
2. Telephone unit out of order.
3. No. 1 lift not working properly. To go to 1st floor not worlking. Have wait for 2nd lift to the 1st floor.
4. TV not working properly. ( need to adjusted by engineer)
5. 6/5/2024 ,I arvd hotel at 13.00 p.m. no room available .( receptiones located me to connected room. I prefer separated room ) Then I have to wait half an hour. And checked in about 13.00 p.m. Time check in suppose at 14.00 p.m.
As a regular travelle. I found NEO was very much dissapointed me.

+The service is fast, whatever happens, the staff comes straight away even though it's in the middle of the night
+pretty good breakfast
+ lots of TV channels
-AC water leaking
- the sink tap water is very small
-The shower is built in so if you want to wash your clothes and get wet you can't remove the shower

good as usual, but when I want to use the hair dryer in the bathroom, the socket makes a sound, so it's scary. and the maintenance on the outside glass has been further improved because it is a bit dirty. but overall it's okay
