Trip上面有這樣的房源讓我很訝異，先提醒：這間飯店的高評價只供參考，現場狀況跟照片有不小落差。
先說優點：價錢便宜、離中國城近，工作人員算是有熱心協助。
缺點：房間髒亂有蟑螂、房間牆角、天花板多有壁癌，房間有刺鼻的清潔劑味，可能是用來消除先前訪客偷抽菸所留的氣味、冷氣聲音很大。另外就是這間飯店其實是跟一棟類似五金零件批發中心的建築物合在一起，飯店的大堂需要先從平面層搭電梯到八樓才可以抵達飯店，飯店附近晚上沒有什麼商店而且非常黑暗，若是單身女性入住，晚上出門請千萬留意安全。
如果你是以低房價為主要導向的人，這間飯店還可以；但若除了房價以外還想住得有基本舒適度，那請不要選擇這間房。我本來連住兩晚，第一晚睡得很差，幾乎沒有入睡，第二天早上我越想越不對勁跑去大家對面的Holiday Inn再開一間房，因為我真的不確定我多睡一晚會不會對飯店房間過敏。

初來雅加達的，一般希望找到華人或者中國人聚集的地方，尋找安全感，因此許多中國人選擇住favehotel。另外最出名的Sun city（娛樂夜場）也在這裏（六樓）。最有價值的分享是，酒店在八樓。電梯有提示酒店的樓層。電梯裏也有酒店的提示🔔

Quite satisfactory, cheap, close to the market, breakfast is available, I asked for a king-size bed but was given a twin, no bottled water in the room.
