Very good location (easy to get airport no much traffic jam). Good facility (swimming pool, nice breakfast, very convinent as it is connect to the mall). Hotel team has very good service such as very responsible and quick for check-in/out. The dark side is the room facility is too old. A few power plugs do not work. Air dryer is too small and weak. Room sound proof is not good, heard noisy from street. But overall, I would recommend this and will stay here again.

The only problem is the corridor have bad smell because the floor is from the carpet.. room i have to ask the house keeping to give room freshener and its fine. Over all everything good..

Very good hospitality from Ciputra Hotel management, initially we couldn't fulfill the initial request, namely connecting and twin due to the high season of Eid al-Fitr, but Ciputra management gave us compliments which were a win win solution and we really appreciated and were satisfied with the service provided.
We always patronize this hotel, the facilities provided are very impressive, from a strategic location in Jakarta, a position adjacent to a mall which is very popular with children, a large swimming pool, safe for children, and cool in the afternoon, and mostly affordable prices.
