The location is okay in Grogol, a complex with Ciputra Mall. The room size is quite large, all over 20 meters. The outdoor swimming pool is okay. Friendly staff. Buttons in the lifts and toilets in the lobby are touchless.
Minuses include dull towels, try replacing them with new ones, this hotel will definitely be nice, the shower for bathing is in the bathtube. So if you stand on the bath tube while showering, you have to be careful so it's not slippery. The facilities in the room are old except for the TV and AC. but still maintained. If you want to use online transportation or Bluebird, it's okay here. Many foreigners stay here as a sign that it is still a favorite.

It was a nightmare. Arrived at 9pm after such a long flight, and they told me there is only one non smoking room left but its on the mixed floor. So I asked whether the smoke will come into the room and they said it shouldnt be and would send someone to give air fresherner. I am too tired and just said “ok” afterwards, I thought its not too bad in the beginning but the smoke smell starts bothering me more and more too tired to go down and tried to contact the staff via their WA and noone replies or care. Had to force myself to sleep by using some mint scented inhaler because again, too tired to go down or even move to another hotel.
It’s clearly stated I need a non smoking room on the booking site, I dont understand how they couldn’t prepare the room ahead of time, I booked it like more than 3-4 weeks ago. Really bad experience, i like the hotel due to location, now I will have find a new place, will never come back again.
