Don’t go; this hotel is to be avoided. I stayed there for 3 days, as soon as I arrived I noticed that the shower faucet was broken. I negotiated to change rooms. the next day, no cleaning in my room. Bed not redone, towels not changed, no cleaning. And reception refusal to clean the room, no staff available. breakfast is minimal, just passable. As for the staff, no friendliness, not even a hello in the morning. I am familiar with the hotels of this chain, which generally give me satisfaction, but this hotel is really pathetic. there are other hotels nearby, avoid this one.

I accidentally made a booking almost 3 weeks out and they refused to refund me although I made a second booking for the correct date. The TV remote in my room was sticky to the touch and obviously not cleaned. The shower looked old and dirty. Funny how such a shotty hotel has the gall to be inflexible and its subpar at best.

Needed to check in early (around 1) so I could shower and prep before my event. The room wasn’t ready as previous person was still in it. I asked if there was a different kind of room I could be switched to he said no because it was a prepaid room he could do nothing. I asked if I booked and paid for a different room could I access now, he said there were no rooms in the whole place available at approx 12:55 on a weekday. The person wasn’t even trying to be helpful and messed up my entire day. I do not recommend this location.

Always a pleasure staying at the La Quinta. I absolutely love the staff here, they have a great outside outdoors area in the back by the pool. The pool and hot tub are amazing as well! The rooms are great! The bed is extremely comfortable and they even have a pull out couch if you have family or friends that are spending a night. The staff here is incredible. They are extremely welcoming and friendly!! They go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable and make sure you have everything you need!

Not ideal. The hotel hallway smelled of trash my entire stay. Only in the hallway. It smelled as if the dumbster was in the hallway. My bedding was visibly dirty. I requested new bedding. Customer service did come right away which was the only good thing about my stay there. All of my towels had stains on them. I requested more and they brought me more dirty ones so i went ave brought my own.

I've stayed at this property many times and it has gone down hill so much. The bed was hard, free breakfast had limited items and nothing for diabetics, the shower head was one big leak on the outside of the head that could not be fixed, AND neither my husband's or my cellphone worked in our room.

Best hotel ever they go above and beyond in every way for a customer and it is such a delightful sleeping experience as no other guest can be heard at anytime from inside of your rooms for these stays they are so wonderful love all the crew for the wonderful stay
