Hands down a great experience and pleasant surprise. I agree with other reviewers-- this hotel is the role model for all hotels in this class on how to operate. I am a Hilton Diamond member and this Hampton Inn from the clean, large rooms to the generous breakfast to most importantly, the wonderful employees, this hotel is best in class. Other Hiltons/brands could learn a lot from a stay here! But even more importantly I cannot say enough about the kindness and competence of the employees even *after* your stay. We accidentally left our 4 year old son's special stuffed animal at the hotel and did not realize it until we were at our next stop. Michelle at the front desk could not have been nicer and more professional, and importantly *caring* in ensuring its safe return. I will let the attached pictures tell the story-- but KUDOS to everyone at the Hampton Inn Meadville. When in the area we will never stay anywhere else! Thank you so much!
