We usually stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Dallas. We stayed last year and year before last year the service was good. Service has gone down a lot, front office did not greet or welcome us, just requested for ID to check in and similar on the check out. Housekeeping staff is the worst, we had a worst experience with housekeeping staff. Housekeeping staff kept knocking the door every 15 minutes starting 9.45am, even though we mentioned that we will be leaving at 11am which is the checkout time. We complained to the front desk staff, and she did not seem to care. LaQuinta is supposed to be one of the higher brands of hotels in the Wyndham group. We will not stay at this place anymore after we were treated so badly.
