Americas Best Value Inn West Monroe

April has done a wonderful job in keeping our room stocked and cleaned. All the girls in the office are amazing. They've made our monthly stay very pleasant. Thank you all for what yll done for us. Just wished they had an onsite laundry and the pool cleaned.

I know that this was not a 5 star hotel, but I didn't expect the Americas Best Value Inn in West Monroe, LA to be in such rundown condition. The bottom of the door had 2 spots in which you could see daylight easily. That really made me uncomfortable. The handle on the commode nearly fell off several times (it sort of dangled) and you had to flush carefully or the water would keep running, and the faucet in the sink wobbled when you turned the water on and off. The thing that bothers me most was the open space to the outside on the bottom of the door. I detest insects, and was concerned that something would crawl through the holes and into the room. I stuffed 2 small towels into the opening at the bottom of the door to deter any varmints. I only took pics of the door because it was the worst part to me, qnd the pics are showing that you can see daylight at either end of the bottom of the door, and the last picture shows the outside of the door and the kick plate at the bottom is about to fall off. This was my first and last visit at an American Best Value Inn.

April and the girls in the office and the cleaning crew have been wonderful. Bed is soft and comfortable, room outdated but clean. Very pleased. We stayed here from May 1st to 15th, we've had no issues with noise. Very convenient to Walmart and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay here.... The room was perfect, comfortable bed, pillows. Our housekeeper, April went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel, and it's in an excellent location, walking distance to everything.

Thanks April! You have a great attitude and you made me laugh everyday I was there. My room was always clean and my beds were always made, I couldn't ask for better room service. Y'all should definitely give her a raise she's worth it. Once again thank you april

Love this place they're always nice and welcoming.Housekeepers were great.Shout out to Ms.April for being so good to us as well. They go the extra mile for us for real. Awesome stay. Easy service and no frustrations. Honestly love being at this place.

I have had the best stay here. My boyfriend and I have been here going on a couple weeks and the customer service has been nothing less of amazing! The hotel was okay and comfy stay. The housekeepers were great, shout out to April who is a housekeeper there, she went above and beyond to make my stay clean and more comfortable. Great job guys, I will spread the word and I'll visit again because of the area and I also love the waffle house thats next door.

These rooms are just fine when you need a clean place to stay for a cheaper price! The location is perfect because there’s a walmart right down the road with many other food places. The employees were all really nice, especially Miss April! Thank you again for your kindness!
