They had a nice breakfast and the attendant MELISSA keep everything well stocked and very clean. She catered to our evey need and gave great conversation. We ill be returning our next trip to town the rooms were clean and comfy as well. Thanks for making this tough time a lil easier on us.

The hotel was ok. It’s a rundown and just old feeling, however it’s clean and comfortable. It definitely wasn’t worth the $218 price tag - it was worth about $115. Candy, the front desk clerk was super informative, nice and friendly.

I had such a great experience thanks to Jessy at the front desk! she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly and made me feel completely at ease. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. Jessy is definitely an asset, and I appreciate her more than she knows!

Both front desk receptionists we encountered went out of their way to help us. We were very grateful for their hospitality and help! The room was better than some 3 or 4 star hotels! The fridge was even bigger than a mini fridge.

I just wanted to say that this place had excellent service, the front desk worker Kylie was extremely polite, helpful and sweet. She was very willing to help us with all our needs. I highly recommend you stay at the Quality inn in West Monroe their services are impeccable and the rooms are very nice and clean!!
