Facility a little old, could hear water rushing in the pipes. A large party breaking up at 2AM woke us up. A/C was good. Overall very clean. Appreciated the breakfast, but the coffee wasn’t good. Just being honest!

This hotel is vial and it cost 312.00 including tax. I don’t know where to start with the germ control van in the parking lot, the stains on the ceiling, the dated rooms, the running toilet, the cold shower or the limited bedding and towels. Get it together Hilton. A disgrace.

Everything about the Wilshire Grand was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could have been better was the gym. The treadmill needs some attention.

Matthew was a great help and very insightful. had a problem with a toilet at a late hour and he came promptly to fix the issue. We stayed in the hotel for a cousin wedding and had a great time. Nice hotel with great staff very personable and family oriented setting.

The room was dated. The door striker plate was missing, there was a huge stain on the wall, molded caulk in the shower, the shower control handle was ready to fall off, the dressers were dirty.
The front desk staff was utilizing personal computers, while on the phone.
