The staff was so incredibly nice! My room was extremely quiet, spacious, and clean. The pool area was perfect. And a minute drive to the airport! Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice people. Good breakfast. Noisy traffic and room really needed a good clean. Floors and couch stained/ dirty.

Dejon was super accomodating when we arrived. He offered breakfast and to store our bags as we just came off a cruise. Also booked a shuttle and then got us into a room early. He has impeccable service and we really appreciated him going above and beyond!

The people who work at this hotel could not have been nicer. They have a shuttle bus that not only takes you to and from the airport but also runs to downtown West Palm Beach. The free breakfast is really good. Excellent coffee, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, english muffins, make your own waffles and more.

Thee Manager was very professional and attended to my issue right and away. Dejon and the Spanish young lady was very helpful and patient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property seemed older, and had limited updates. The property was impeccably clean, but did show some wear. Overall, for a short stay, I’d go here again.

Too expensive for the service received. Gave us the room next to the elevator and the noise didn't let us rest. Not coming back

Stayed here one night returning from a cruise. Staff was friendly, hotel was close to the airport and had a restaurant available at the Hilton garden inn to get dinner.

Unfortunately the first room I was assigned upon check-in was occupied. It was a not a good experience and made me feel unsafe that the same could happen to me. I was reassigned from occupied room on second floor to the fourth floor.
