No headboard. Shower water was only Luke warm and not hot. The pool was not heated just a bit lower than room temperature.

Staff was extremely helpful, cheerful and eager to assist. But they couldn't overcome the global state of decay of this unit. The lobby may be the only clean and "appealing" place throughout these premises, as if the hotel is still stuck in the dirty eighties. Extremely ppor food service, old single windows although hotel overlooking motorway, globally speaking not very clean and smelly...

The employees at this Marriott Courtyard are very polite, professional and helpful. It's unfortunate that the hotel does not equal their quality. Marriott should be embarrassed that their name is on the building. The first room we were assigned smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The front desk clerk was very polite and immediately assigned us a new room. This room had a slight musty chemical odor, but I suspect all the rooms had the same odor. The building is worn down, the rooms need updating, the TV's are old and barely work (probably because of the antiquated Dish system) and the bathrooms are from the 1970's. The staff does an excellent job dealing with this poor Marriott property. They should be commended.
