Great facility

The food was surprisingly good - & even more importantly, the service in the hotel restaurant / bar by Ken was exceptional - he was cordial, helpful, & great with recommendations for me & other customers - he’s a gem of a bartender & waiter - I will definitely come back!

We checked in a little after 3, and had to wait for a room, along with others. Got to our room and it was warm and muggy, that didn’t change during our stay. We set the thermostat at 68 and I don’t think it ever reached that temperature. The room felt dirty, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom was entirely too small. The hallways were dingy, dirty, and had all kinds of scratches on the walls. Breakfast was $18.99 per person, ridiculous! Also saw that a $25.00 charge may be applied if you wanted to check in a little earlier. The only thing I enjoyed was the warm cookies…..

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff friendly enough... waitstaff at breakfast very nice. Free coffee in lobby is nice. Breakfast buffet...: bacon very well done, as in hard brittle *****s, scrambled eggs very well done, as in hard lumps. Rest of buffet nice, and it was included. Room condition: bed very comfortable, kingsize. Sheets clean and nice. especially nice large pillows. Room hasn't been dusted well in weeks. The legs under the desk chair, chrome, had a thick layer of dust, as well as the cross boards under the desk, heavy layer of dust. A small scrap of paper, seriously small piece of trash, on the floor for three of my 4 days there. Trash emptied, just next to scrap, but scrap never collected. The bathroom lighting is dim. One light to the left of the mirror would blink on and off occasionally. One towel rack not attached to wall well. Shower had three containers attached to the wall. One would expect shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Had two shampoos and one conditioner. (Asked reception to have it fixed, never happened.). Luckily there was bar soap. AC worked well, if a bit noisy when it rattled on. Safe stopped working when locked, which could have been problem is I had locked anything important inside, but was carrying everything important with me. Room has no ports for USB-A cables, that I could locate, so bring your own. Parking is abundant, free and well lighted at night.

Where do we begin! Lets list the faults shall we. 1. Old and dirty 2. Outlets don't work 3. Bed springs are loud and obnoxious. 4. Mattress uncomfortable. 5. The final straw... BUGS! one ran over the table while I was sitting there and another scattered in the bathroom when the light went on! GROSS NEVER AGAIN! I have been an Honors member for years and never wrote a comment like this.

Checking in was an easy process and the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

For a "4 star" hotel, the room was not clean, extremely dusty which aggravates my allergies. Surfaces were covered in dust! Not vacuumed and towels in bathroom felt damp. Very disappointed since i purposely chose a 4 star hotel and payed more to sleep comfortably
