The hotel needs a exterminator

Where to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.

Very pleasant staff and they helped with every need that I had .

There was mold in the bathroom because the tub wouldn’t drain.

Ceiling in room was dirty. Kind of looked like mold. Sink slowed slowly, hallway smell like dirty water. it was loud. I kept hearing banging sounds throughout the night

Stay was good better than WoodSpring suites on Ochechobee Blvd
