Happy Tuesday! My wife and I had the pleasure of returning to The Ben for a quick one night stay. We wanted to let you know that your amazing team treated us like returning family members and again made our visit a memorable one. Our visit was made special as we were welcomed by Whit. Whit clearly went above and beyond as we arrived and throughout our stay. Nick and Alime made us feel like home as they provided amazing guest service at the front desk. As we left Monday we had the pleasure of meeting Jan our Bruno driver. Jan was a perfect ending to our visit as she drove us to the Brightline. Please thank your team and let them know that they made a difference.

Great experience with Anna Checking in And Fabrizo The bellman was terrific. Best service and attitude This is following the worst Marriott experience ever in resort hotel in palm beach Bugs in lobby Mop in lobby And we left when we opened the door w a Marriott staff who was showing us the room as we had zero confidence after calling the hotel 8 times during the day and pushed different prompts and the recorder said all busy at this time. My daughter may change her preferred hotels from always staying at Marriott to another brand. I believe she spent 25 nights at Marriott last year. There was no accommodation at all Disappointed and frustrated. And spent an hour w Marriott supervisor to no resolution

C'est simple, cet hôtel à lui seul nous a fait fuir Palm Beach. Accueil horrible par un type que nous a à peine dit bonjour pour enchaîner sur une laconique "ID and Credit card please"...numéro de chambre, carte et débrouilles toi ! Chambre jolie mais bling et une affreuse vue sur ... un mur ! Clientèle bling arrogante qui fait des aller retours avec la piscine cocktail à la main.

The Ben is an outstanding WPB location overlooking the marina and close to many things. The hotel is beautiful but what set it apart is the staff. Juan is Proper Grit was outstanding as was the concierge. The view from Spruzzo's is beautiful. The Ben is worth the splurge and one you might consider on your next visit to WPB.

Horrendous experience. Paid more than $600 for a room w an interior view. It was not just an interior view but unmaintained concrete view. The room smelled badly and was dark. Response of staff was “you booked the cheapest room.”

Awesome Hotel! Close to restaurants, beaches, intracoastal, and very convenient to the airport. Rooftop pool and restaurant are A+ only to be exceeded by the quality of the hotel staff. Right in the middle of West Palm Beach, close to clematis Street and the causeway over to Palm Beach. Hotel is also beautifully decorated w/ high end finishes and just felt like a top-notch hotel. We will definitely return!

Such a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, amazing views and top notch customer service! Keilyn & Jacob make checkin a breeze and topped it off with a delicious welcome cocktail! Both restaurants have really good food/cocktails and Proper Grit offers a great happy hour! I will definitely be back!

Very friendly hotel staff. Keilyn was incredibly helpful in helping us when we arrived! She offered us welcome drinks and answered all of our questions about where we could eat lunch at. The lobby was beautiful and the rooftop bar was a nice addition as well. I would stay here again.

If you plan on using the pool, this is not the hotel for you. It is extremely crowded. During the two days that I was there, I was unable to obtain a lounge chair to sit on until after 3 PM. Then at 4 PM they require everyone to vacate all of the lounge chairs and they remove all the lounges,
